Julie is originally from Athens, Alabama. She received her undergraduate degree in Public Administration with a minor in Communications, cum laude, from Samford University in 2013. Julie received her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law in 2016. While in law school, Julie served as an Associate Editor for the Cumberland Law Review, a Judge Abraham Caruthers Fellow, an Admission Ambassador, a Research Assistant to Professor DiRusso, working primarily in estate and tax law, and received three Scholar of Merit Awards. Julie joined the firm in 2016.
Julie is a member of the Alabama Bar Association and the Lee County Bar Association.
Julie is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama, and all Alabama state courts.
Julie practices in general civil litigation with a focus on probate and estate matters.
Julie enjoys spending time with her family and taking trips to the beach.
