Adams White Oliver Short and Forbus

Jason is originally from Goodwater, Alabama and has called lee County home since 1998. He graduated from Auburn University in 2000 and received his law degree from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2006. Over the years, he has served as President, Vice-President and Secretary/Treasurer of the Lee County Bar Association.

Jason joined the firm in 2012 and manages the firm's real estate practice. He has extensive knowledge and experience in residential and commercial transactions, as well as business transactions providing representation to lenders, developers, bankers, landlords and other small business owners in Lee County.

 Prior to beginning his law practice, Jason spent 5 years in law enforcement in Lee County. With this experience, Jason also represents clients in DUI, possession of marijuana, minor in possession and other misdemeanor offenses in Auburn Municipal Court, Opelika Municipal Court and Lee County District Court.

He and his wife Alisha have two daughters, Ansley and Brooklyn. He and his family attend Cornerstone Methodist Church. When away from the office, Jason enjoys spending time relaxing at the lake with family and friends.
